Good morning , everyone! Today I am very happy to make a speech here. Now let me introduce myself. My name is Zhan Yuting，a student from Ziyang No. 3 Primary School. I’m twelve years old . I am an active and hard-working girl . I not only like English, but also believe I can learn it well. Because I think if I try my best, everything can be done well. In my spare time, I like to play games with my classmates .And I always get along well with them. On the weekend , I like helping my parents do housework .At the same time ,reading books is my hobby, too . This is me. Do you like me ?
I am very excited to stand here and talk about this topic New teenager of New age. To begin with, I want to say proudly I’m a Chinese . In the new era, we are living a happy life . As a Chinese ,I’m proud and I want to be a good teenager of new era .This requires us to do the following five things:
Firstly, we should love our motherland, only when we love the motherland ,our beautiful
Secondly, we should love learning ,which can enrich our spiritual world and improve our cultural level . This requires us to obey school rules, listen carefully in class , finish homework on time and read more good books.
Thirdly , we should be warm to help others , then the society will be full of love .Such as , helping our classmates with their study , giving seats to people in need when we take the bus and so on .
Fourth, we should love traditional culture .The meaning of traditional culture can enhance our national sense of pride and make our spirit more pleasant .
Last but not least, we should play sports every day and try to keep us healthy . Because the future is unpredictable, as teenagers, we have the responsibility of protecting our country when our motherland needs us . The stronger and more intelligent we are , the stronger and more prosperous
